FAQ's for returns and exchanges

How do I return my device?

We make returns easy. All you have to do is send us a message. We will respond to you within 24 hours with a free return label.

Will my device be accepted for return?

We want to make the return process as simple as possible, so please follow these guidelines in order to ensure your return will be accepted.

  • iCloud/Google/Passcodes must be completely removed from the device. Items with accounts left on them will not be accepted for a return.
  • Product must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was received upon arrival.
  • You must contact us before you send it back. Items sent back without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted.
  • The phone must not have been opened, repaired, or had work done on it.

How do I make an exchange?

Once your return has been processed, we recommend making a separate purchase right away to ensure that the product you want is in stock. You will still be issued your full refund for the return.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Contact us right away, so we can begin the return process. We understand that items damaged upon arrival are not the fault of the buyer.
