Where do we ship?
- We ship to any home address in the continental 48 United States of America.
- We do not ship internationally, AK, HI, P.O boxes, or U.S. territories.
Flat-rate, $5 shipping
- We use standard ground shipping with UPS or FedEx.
- We help cover the shipping cost by charging a flat $5 shipping fee with your order.
- Most orders arrive between 3-5 days, but ultimately ETA depends on location, season, and carrier estimates.
Signature delivery
- We aim to help you keep our electronics safe, so we require a signature with your delivery.
- This helps to ensure that you receive your package.
- We ask that if possible you or someone you trust is home upon delivery.

We package every order with great care including extra bubble wrap and padding in the box to offer protection against any potential mishandling.

We are so excited to ship your order, we promise to get it to the post office within 2-3 days. This allows us time to validate your order.

We provide your tracking number immediately once your product has shipped, or if you used ShopPay to checkout, then use live tracking in the Shop app.

Once you place an order, we take about 1-3 days to ship your package.

Do I need to be home to receive my package?
Yes, we require a signature with every packaged delivery.
This helps to prevent potential package mishandling or "porch pirates". It allows you to receive or pick up your package directly.

What if my package arrives damaged?
If you receive an item that is damaged, we ask that you notify us immediately.
We offer extra bubble wrap and padded protection in the package to help get through the bumps along the way. But things can happen.
So, if you are able, please inspect your device immediately upon delivery and test it to make sure everything looks good and is working right.
