Where is my refund?

Once we've received your item and approved your return, allow at least 10 business days for the bank to issue your refund. If it's been more than 10 days, contact us.

How do I make an exchange?

Once you've sent your item back to us, we recommend to make another purchase on our website when you're ready. You will be refunded to your original card on file.
